Really good Service and Convenient Location
helpful staff enjoyable food room amenities
The staff immediately moved me to another room when the air conditioning malfunctioned. Evening meals at the hotel were enjoyable with commendable service. The hotel provides toiletries and a kettle in the room. I appreciated its proximity to the train station. A short walk will get you there.

The room was a good size and well-presented. It included tea and coffee facilities. The hotel provides a large car park with reasonable rates. The hotel is very clean, a feature I appreciated. Friendly staff enhanced the positive experience.
The hand wash dispenser in the bathroom wasn't particularly user-friendly.

excellent meal pool table no extraction loose seat
the evening meal was excellent. breakfast was also excellent. i found a nice ambience in the dining area. i loved the pool table.
the bathroom had no extraction. this caused it to steam up badly. the toilet seat was loose and ill-fitting. this was inconvenient.

some issues
bathroom smell subpar breakfast
the bathroom had a bad smell throughout the night, i found that pretty nasty. also, i could hear people constantly moving around, it was quite loud. breakfast wasn't great either, things were missing. i also paid extra for the privilege to park there and for breakfast, its ridiculous.

faulty heating tv issue
the location and value were acceptable the staff were helpful.
The room allocated to me was not great. it was cold when i entered, and there were two free-standing oil-filled radiators. the main air duct heating did not work, so i used the radiators. The tv would not stay on for more than two minutes.

room temperature non-functional television
The location was good and provided easy access to nearby places.
My room felt quite warm, even after I turned on the air conditioning. People outside were loud late at night, so I did not sleep well. It was very frustrating. the television did not work. I was not happy.

great room size shower cubicle good car park weed smell missing towels own towels
My room was a great size. I also preferred the shower cubicle over the shower and bath combo I often find in hotels. The car park was also good..
The room smelled a bit like weed when I arrived. I found there were no towels available. Fortunately, I brought my own.
